Guest Facilitator –
Denise Andes is guest facilitator at both camps this year. Denise has brought her shamanic journey work to Camp Wabi-Sabi many times. This year she’ll be offering a full day of her shamanic journey work and somatic explorations. Denise is my teacher, friend, and colleague. She is amazingly skilled at her work and is a potent and positive influence in my life. How she has woven her somatic work in and through her shamanic work continues to support me in cultivating a more connected and grounded way of engaging with life, just as I am.
Camp Happens Twice This Summer – 7/15-7/21 and 8/12-8/18
(Check-in 3pm/Check-out 11am)
Arrive on Friday to get checked in and situated ( food needs taken care of before camp starts on Saturday morning.) Camp ends Wednesday evening with dinner and packing up the studio. You depart Thursday morning. Arriving the day before camp starts and leaving the morning after camp ends are part of the getting ready for camp; offering you time to settle and breathe before we start painting.
CAMP WABI-SABI basic camp fee is $295.
This covers studio use and all studio materials, two catered dinners during camp, and a guest facilitator fee. It does not cover Sarah’s teaching fee, which is offered in the dana/free-will offering tradition. The basic camp fee of $295 is your deposit and reserves a painting space for you. Camp registration is limited to 8 people and needs a minimum of 6 people to happen.
The Basic Camp Fee paid in full, is your deposit. Early registration suggested as camp sessions often fill quickly. Deposits may be paid by check, made out to Sarah Oblinger, and mailed to POB 254, Dixon, NM 87527.
*Food and housing are an additional cost. There are two catered meals during camp. The rest of the time you are responsible for your own food. Dixon has a sweet choice of casitas for rent. However, housing in Dixon during the summer months is at a premium. It’s good to reserve your housing early. Please contact Sarah about housing possibilities.
